How long does shipping take and how can I track my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Are Modelones products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All Modelones gel polishes, powders, and nail treatments are 100% cruelty-free and vegan-friendly, meaning we never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients.
Why is my gel polish not drying or remaining sticky?
Gel polish requires a UV/LED lamp to cure; it will not air dry. Additionally, most gel polishes leave a 'tacky' inhibition layer after curing. This is normal and helps the next layer adhere. Simply wipe the final top coat with a nail cleanser or 75% alcohol to remove the stickiness.
What is your return policy for opened products?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons in the beauty industry, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
How do I prevent my gel manicure from peeling or lifting?
Proper nail preparation is key. Ensure your nail plates are buffed, clean, and completely dehydrated using a nail prep dehydrator before applying the base coat. Avoid applying polish to the cuticles or skin, and always seal the free edge of the nail.
